Club Spins Though a little windy at times, the conditions were perfect for cycling on both Saturday and Sunday. As a result, we had good numbers out in total over both days. Well done to everyone who took advantage of the clement weather. NTW Awards Night & Club Updates

The main event of the week was the club Awards Night on Saturday night in the Thatched Cottage in Ballycommon, where club members were recognised for their many achievements during the cycling year and got the opportunity to enjoy themselves and each other in a non-cycling setting and have a bit of craic. Trophies were handed out to the main competition winners, prizes to those who featured in club races and TTs, and presentations were made to people who made important individual contributions during the year. Club Awards Night & Dinner Dance, Sat. Nov 10th – last reminder It’s less than a week to go until our club awards night and dinner dance and the excitement is really building.  We look forward to seeing you all on Saturday evening in the Thatched Cottage, Ballycommon at 7pm for a fun filled night. Winter Turbo Training   With the clocks gone back, it is that time of year again for our winter turbo training sessions. These sessions are open to anyone (not just current club members) who would like to come and join us and will be held every Tuesday and Thursday evening in Ballycommon Hall starting on the 30th October. The sessions will begin at 7pm sharp, so everyone will need to be setup and ready to go by 7pm.
