The Club are running group turbo sessions on Tuesday and Thursday evenings in Ballycommon Hall. Sessions on a Tuesday start at 7:00pm sharp, and on Thursday they begin at 6:45pm. The hall will be open at 6:30pm both evenings for you to set up.
These are structured sessions aimed to help you gain fitness over the winter months, and are €3 per session. The first block of sessions run until 19th December totaling 14 Session.
All members are encouraged to take part.
- Riser for front wheel
- Mat for Under Bike(Cardboard/Beach Towel etc)
- Small Towel
- Heart Rate Monitor(Optional but recommended)
