Weekend Training Rides and the Sunday ‘All Together Spin’

Just a reminder of the ‘All Together Spin’ this Sunday departing from Moynan’s Bike Shop Nenagh at 9am.  The route is Nenagh to Ballina return with a pit-stop at the Lakeside Hotel for sandwich, coffee and a chat.  A great opportunity for all members to cycle together.  All new cycling interests in the club are welcome. Just come along and be ready to roll out from Moynans at 9am. All members are asked to support this spin.

Saturday

Training rides continue departing at 9am for lesire, intermediate/senior and racing groups.  Departs Woodies Car Park.

Mixed weather predicted so bring rain jacket!
